sirloin with orange recipe

 

Ingredients:
500 grams of tenderloin whole or cut into steaks
1 small glass of white wine
1 small glass of sweet wine
Olive Oil
An orange juice
A little sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 or 2 chopped oranges

Instructions:

Let's spice tenderloin first to our liking. In hot oil to brown going until well browned. Then add the two types of wine, sugar, orange juice and water to cover the fillet.

Hazelnut Smoothie

Ingredients

- 500 g hazelnut ice cream

- 2 l milk

- 120 g sugar

- Whipped cream

Making Hazelnut Smoothie

First in a bowl put the cold milk, ice cream, hazelnut and sugar. Then I beat them all with the aid of sticks cooking until creamy and frothy consistently smooth.

We tested the batter and if necessary add more sugar.

We distributed the batter in eight individual glasses and decorate with a little whipped cream.

Preparation:
In a large kitchen bowl we take cold milk, ice cream, hazelnuts and sugar. Then I beat them all with the help of sticks cooking or electric mixer until frothy cream we stay consistent. Macaroni and Cheese recipe

Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

Instructions:

We have previously cooked macaroni in salted water until they are at the point you want. Mix the macaroni with the sauce and pass it to a baking dish greased with butter.

Crema Catalana with Star Anise

Crema Catalana with Star Anise

Ingredients:
800 grams of milk
7 egg yolks
45 grams of cornstarch
200 grams of sugar
The skin of a lemon
2 seeds of star anise

Instructions:

Beat the yolks with the sugar and cornstarch until it is all very well blended. Meanwhile we will infuse the milk with the lemon peel, star anise seeds and let stand a few minutes to take the taste. We removed the lemon peel and anise seeds

How to Make Curried Meatballs

Shepherd's pie recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes to cook for my family. Enjoy this wonderful shepherd's pie recipe.
4 persons:- 600 g lean ground beef- 2 onions- 2 cloves of garlic- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce- Cinnamon (optional)- Oil- Sal- 4 large potatoes- 2 tablespoons butter- 1/2 cup milk- Salt and pepper- Cheese (optional)
     
Preparation:Bring a pot of water boiling potatoes, if possible, with skin.Brown the onion and diced garlic. When the onion is translucent, add ground beef. Salt and pepper. When you take color, pour the tomato and stir so that all the meat is soaked and loose.Add a little cinnamon (to taste and optional).Fry for 5 minutes and set aside.When the potatoes are tender, remove, allow to warm, peel and pass through food mill or blender. Incorporate milk and butter to earn in creaminess.
