sirloin with orange recipe

 

Ingredients:
500 grams of tenderloin whole or cut into steaks
1 small glass of white wine
1 small glass of sweet wine
Olive Oil
An orange juice
A little sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 or 2 chopped oranges
Water
Instructions:

Let's spice tenderloin first to our liking. In hot oil to brown going until well browned. Then add the two types of wine, sugar, orange juice and water to cover the fillet.

We leave on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes, will depend on how we do, whether in whole or in fillets. Ten minutes from the end add the oranges into pieces and we take that long to taste the whole. When we serve accompanied by mashed potatoes.
