Macaroni and Cheese recipe

In the United States is very important cheese in the daily diet. An American can consume half a ton of cheese over his life. In Wisconsin, sports fans are known as "cheese heads", a nickname that proud boast. Also put cheese-shaped hats at sporting events.

Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
270 grams of macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups of milk
1 cup and 3/4 of cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt
Cayenne


For topping:
3/4 of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon of butter cut into small pieces
Instructions:

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the flour and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Incorporate milk slowly beating. Boil without stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the cheese, mustard, salt and cayenne. Stir until we have a homogeneous mixture.

We have previously cooked macaroni in salted water until they are at the point you want. Mix the macaroni with the sauce and pass it to a baking dish greased with butter.

Prepare coverage mixing the cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Sprinkle over the macaroni and scatter bits of butter on top. Gratinamos in the oven at 190 degrees until topping is browned, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
