Simple Curried Meatballs

Curried-Meatballs

Ingredients

- 1/2 kg minced meat

- 2 tablespoons curry powder

- 1/2 l broth

- 2 onions

- 1 egg

- 1 apple

- 25 g flour

- 25 g raisins

- 2 tablespoons mango chutney

- Oil

- Salt

How to Make Curried Meatballs

First we beat the egg in a bowl with some salt and mix the meat with the egg. We formed a compact mass, and with it we are making mid-sized balls. We heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, peel and grate the onion and peel and chop the apple.

Then we put them in a pan and removed the oil pan, leaving a few tablespoons, where fry the grated onion and apple, stirring occasionally. When the assembly is already soft, add the curry powder with the flour and sauté one minute.

We took the fire and add the broth, mixing everything well. Add the raisins and chutney and let boil, stirring constantly. Then pour the sauce over meatballs and bake for 30 minutes.
