Shepherd's pie recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes to cook for my family. Enjoy this wonderful shepherd's pie recipe.
4 persons:- 600 g lean ground beef- 2 onions- 2 cloves of garlic- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce- Cinnamon (optional)- Oil- Sal- 4 large potatoes- 2 tablespoons butter- 1/2 cup milk- Salt and pepper- Cheese (optional)

Preparation:Bring a pot of water boiling potatoes, if possible, with skin.Brown the onion and diced garlic. When the onion is translucent, add ground beef. Salt and pepper. When you take color, pour the tomato and stir so that all the meat is soaked and loose.Add a little cinnamon (to taste and optional).Fry for 5 minutes and set aside. When the potatoes are tender, remove, allow to warm, peel and pass through food mill or blender. Incorporate milk and butter to earn in creaminess. Put the puree in a pastry bag (if it is not, for nothing). In the container where we will serve the cake (individual or large), put a thick layer of flesh.Top with the pastry bag to make hillocks cover the meat.If you have no pastry bag you have two options:1. Make a sleeve home with a bag of frozen cut the bottom tip.2. Put normal and flatten with a spoon so that it is smooth.Put some grated cheese and put in the oven. If hot, only to grill. If it is cold, first place at 180 ° for 10 min and after 5 min of grill.Serve.
